The Woman in Black

Culture came to the centre, or rather the centre went to the culture this week, with a trip to the capital, to see some theatre. Jonny, Andrew, Charles, Esme, Emily, Emily and Emily dared to go to London with Jez, Julia, Vicky and Phil. As if this wasn’t scarey enough, they all went to see the West End’s scariest show, now in its terrifying 20th year, Susan Hill’s, “The Woman in Black”

Arriving early we took the opportunity to enjoy some of the joys of life in the Big City, Covent Garden, Chinatown in all of it’s run up to new year glory, mouth watering ice cream and urban exploring.

The Show lived up to its reputation and our spines were tingled, pimples goosed and hair raised. See it, if you dare!

I think the students were actually quite impressed with this play. Secretly several of them appear to have been having discussions about how scary it actually was. It ain’t KOOL to be scared infront of your peers though !!
