Sexual Health Education

At the beginning of February our students were invited to take part in Sex and Relationships Education sessions delivered by Jimmy Dean and Carolyn Salzano (Health Education professionals) to promote the Every Child Matters concept of Staying Safe and Being Healthy. Topics covered included Teenage Pregnancy, Sexually Transmitted Infections and Contraception. The students were also invited to take part in the National Chlamydia Screening Programme and were given advice and information to support these sessions.
