Gaza Exhibition

Sherborne Abbey is currently showing an exhibition of drawings and paintings by children from Gaza.

The works have been brought out of the country by one man, under extreme pressure and almost smuggled by the sounds of the report. The pictures depict life in a war zone as experienced by children.

Always keen to broaden our minds a group of us went down to have a look at the exhibition and we would strongly urge everyone to take time out to see them for yourselves.

It looks very powerful. I think of my own children’s drawings……

I think I’d better not post my other thoughts.

I’m really glad you found this exhibition and took some students down. It’s very powerful, as Jez says above and hopefully will have made an impact on those who saw it.
