Cycling Stur to Shill Trailway

The Cycling group were out and about again on Friday, trying out the Sturminster Newton Trailway. Another disused railway line cutting through some of Dorsets beautiful countryside. We chose the railway station renovation project in Shillingstone as the perfect spot for lunch and had a quick chat with the volunteers committed to getting the station back to it’s original beauty.

We also picked up another geocache to add to our collection at Fiddleford Bridge. A rather tricky cache that involved scrabbling around under a bridge to find a very well hidden magnetic tub.

Lots of fun and the bikes are holding out really well. Thanks to everyone who has supported us so far, and if anyone else has bikes, parts or tools they want to donate, please get in touch.
