Cycling in Puddletown Forest

The SLC cycling group decided to try something a bit different. Instead of our usual pleasant cycles through the local countryside, we attempted some more strenuous and skillful off-road cycling at Puddletown Forest. As you can see, the students led the way in “getting air” over the jumps; the best that staff could manage was to slowly roll along, and Mick couldn’t even manage to stay on his bike doing that! A great time was had by all, and everyone is asking “when can we go again?”

My back wheel got as high as Gary’s. Sadly my front wheel wanted to stay on the ground, and as I foolishly decided to pull on the front brake, there was only one way for me to go!

Fantastic photo of what looked like a brilliant day out.

Can just imagine your graceful flight through the air, Mick 🙂
